LocalWork is NOT a recruitment agency, employer, or representative of any user. Any agreement, payment, or work contract between users is strictly between them. LocalWork is not a party to any such agreement.
We do not perform criminal background checks or character verification on our users. It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify the identity and credentials of the person they are dealing with before any meeting or financial transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalWork, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or accidental damages. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or financial fraud resulting from your use of the platform.
